Worst site imaginable Please be careful don t wager anything they take your money so readily but make it so difficult to withdraw any winnings Managed to withdraw small amount as soon as anything big needs to be withdrawn they put a stop on your account amd ignore you I have sent all documentation and more They have no phones no chat amd the email address is invalid Take days to reply via another email with a Generic email not answering your concerns Please please be aware this cannot be legal having to go through the legal Chanel s now myself Very worrisome that a company is allowed to operate with reviews and complaints like this

I deposited I WON then had 2 months of sending in documents Had to threaten legal proceeding and finally I got verified and paid out They immediately put that I HAD SELF EXCLUDED which was a total lie and blocked my account I sent 3 emails asking them why they had done that and that it was a lie and they just ignored them all They are without doubt a bunch of con artists DO NOT PLAY ON BARBADOS BINGO AT ALL

One of the worse bingo site ever Sent all the correct documents but kept refusing certain ones which I know was correct Did it a couple of times then kept rejecting it In the end had to take it further and go to the complaints department under the slots to explain the situation In the end customer service sorted it and payed me which was grateful for But I would advise you if having issues go to the complaints department under the slots and explain your situation and hopefully they will sort it for you Apart from that avoid this site at all costs Lesson learned always read customer reviews before participating in any slot game for future reference
