Outstanding and rare customer support I am so grateful to Ben at Bargain Hardware for his instant resolution of my problem He emailed me at 8am in the morning having resolved it I had been up all night worrying as it was a mistake of mine but he sorted it quickly and effortlessly and with great humour I cannot rate this company enough These days it seems to be a huge deal if something goes wrong it was my fault not theirs but there were no questions asked Ben just organised everything A very efficient caring and honest company A breath of fresh air I wish them all the best and will come back for all my IT needs Jo

Great guys and service
We have placed several orders on BargainHardware and we haven t had a single problem when it comes to delivery and product quality I must say that due to the great amount of items that had to be delivered some servers came faulty but they sent us replacements for all of them with also fast delivery Talking about customer service you can contact them by phone or mail both methods are efficient They will solve any problem you have related to their products in a matter of hours I would and actually already have recommend BH to anyone looking for cheap and good quality server equipment

Jack from Bargain Hardware have been very patient answering my questions confirming all my small changes And to a fair price Now shipping that was an ABSOLUTE bliss I live in DK and it was shipped on a friday I had my big box filled with protection enough for an airdrop with a parachute I think ready and waiting for me on tuesday So in my opinion it was fast and safe Bargain Hardware even updated the BIOS on the motherboard before shipping

Quick Service Amazing Company
I was in urgent need of a server to upgrade the old outdated one that was hosting the CRM used by our organisation I d looked at ordering brand new hardware but after finding BargainHardware initially on eBay then browsing their website I gave them a quick call I spoke with Kris Dickinson who was helpful knowledgable and very keen to help us - and quickly I placed and paid for the order at 1pm and we collected the built machine at 9 30am the following day We had the OS installed same day and had started testing our CRM on the machine the following day Kris and the team have been super helpful and we ll definitely be adding them to our approved supplier list Great Lancashire company providing a great service and doing a good thing
