Obsolete and pricy hardware

There was a time when Bargain Hardware was one of the cheapest refurbished dealers on eBay I wish that the company would follow median eBay prices more actively and adjust their prices accordingly as the hardware they sell is still the same - mostly 10-year-old obsolete and expensive hardware The prices are still the same as they were 5 years ago Some of the hardware is even more expensive what it used to be back then This must be due the GPU miningboom when Bargain Hardware inflated the prices but forgot to bring them down However their support and shipping are top-notch I am keen to make a new purchase when they acquire more updated hardware Buying a 20kg rack server for 300 shipping that your mobile phone would beat isn t something ideal to purchase

Brilliant experience all round

Brilliant experience all round The purchasing process was super easy and I found their website really easy to navigate The packaging the CPU was sent in was great no chance of damage at all Unfortunately I bought a CPU that didn t work with my PC and the refund process was so smooth I had constant updates and quick replies to my messages from Ben I had an authorised refund within an hour of my return delivery notificatoin I can t fault them

Great Customer Service

Great company was happy to give account credit for a system I had to return even after the 14day window for returns which was a huge help and the day after the collection being finished they shipped the new server out which was a huge bonus Really happy with the service I was offered and will continue to buy systems from BH when I need them Would definitely recommend

Absolutely brilliant support

I have nothing but the highest praise for Ben and Jonny in the support team at Bargain Hardware The purchase of my laptop was very easy and although a WiFi connection problem arose it was dealt with very efficiently by initially returning the device Very quick turn around and then some remote log on work to sort the driver issue As a complete IT numpty it was great that someone was at and to sort out any issues and relieve that IT stress I would recommend Bargain hardware to anyone contemplating a refurbished device and would have awarded 6 stars if I could Thank you so much for you help

The support service is Amazing Bought a server and had issues with the delivery they proposed a solution to sort everything out without paying the delivery again 10 10 would recommend Also kudos to Ben for his kindness throughout my issue When the server arrived everything was working perfectly thanks to their testing before shipping it

Server arrived on time and well packaged When I unpacked it and realised I had missed an Ethernet card I phoned their support desk Ben was extremely helpful and got the card out to me for next delivery at NO CHARGE Given it was half 4 before I called and they close at 5pm I consider this excellent service I have been buying servers from Bargain Hardware for about 5 years now and after this level of service I don t see that changing anytime soon Well done Ben

I ve been an IT engineer for over 30 years and for more than 20 of those using Linux In all that time I have not come across a hardware supplier which outperforms Bargain Hardware I ve had quite a number of items from them over the last few years and every one was exactly as described I ve had no issues at all and all kit has performed flawlessly I wish other companies took as much care of customer and product as these guys do Well done them
