We had a booking with another company and they let us down at the last minute due to payment not being accepted So we had to at a high demand time of the year find a car at the last minute Thanks to a staff member at a rival company at the airport doing some research we found one who had a car at a reasonable price

I had an urgent trip home for family reasons and wanted an economical car for an unspecified time BCR was my choice because the prices were the lowest I could find I was exceptionally happy with my experience A few minutes after my initial contact with BCR from Auckland Airport I was picked up by a shuttle and taken to the airport branch where there was a car all ready for me The car was very economical to run meeting my request for the type of car I wanted Customer service was excellent particularly since I requested changes and extended my original contract Details were clearly explained to me and all staff I encountered were professional kind and friendly I highly recommend BCR and will be going back next time I need a car

I highly recommend the vehicles and staff of Bargain Rental Cars in Glenfield The service was fantastic and the cars were perfect with great prices I was helped by first on 9th July by two ladies who were clear kind and diligent The second rental on 20th by Adrarsh and Yong Who were also very efficient helpful and courteous Thanks for helping me out

The team were pleasant informative and helpful The hire was competitively priced the vehicle was high mileage but clean and reliable and performed well throughout our month s hire We will use the company again when we next visit from England

Everything was easy enough with bargain rental cars One thing I did not like is that when I was buying insurance for the car I actually bought it threw the third-party that brought bargain rental cars up on my screen If that happens and you aren t buying insurance directly from bargain rental cars don t buy insurance until you go to pick it up It will save you troubles if there is an accident from dealing with the third-party seller
