INCORRECT DRESS DELIVERED AND FAULTY
I ordered a dress online The website was a shamble I ordered a copper coloured dress but was sent a white dress with silver sequins which were falling off everywhere as I carefully tried it on Their size guide was also incorrect so the dress is too big Never the less I can t wear a white dress to a wedding It was delivered in a plastic post satchel as if they were thankful to have finally rid themselves of the white dress once and for all I had sent many emails to DO NOT DELIVER as there seemed to be some kind of glitch in their system when ordering All my emails bounced back as MAILER DEAMON so assuming they then don t receive emails or the email address is all for show I ve left countless voice messages in the number they provide and again nothing I ve spent hundreds of dollars for a dress I ll not be wearingDO NOT ORDER FROM BARIANO I certainly won t be again I would like a refund as there was a glitch in their website and the dress is faulty

BUYER BEWARE I never received my order when l contacted them they have not bothered to reply to tell me where it is I have contacted their courier couriers please and they also do not reply I am sending a complaint to NSW Fair Trading to get my refund

Inflexible Return Policy and Unreasonable Handling Fee
I recently made a purchase from Bariano Australia and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with their return process When I attempted to return an item I was informed that they only offer store credit or exchanges not refunds This policy was quite limiting and I wish it had been clearer during the purchase process I even visited their store in person to make the return but I was redirected to complete the process online After initiating the return online I noticed a 15 handling fee was deducted which seemed unreasonable While I understand that businesses have their own policies a bit more flexibility and customer consideration would have been appreciated This experience has made me reconsider shopping with Bariano Australia in the future

Never again Worst customer service
I was asked to return faulty dress I purchased online at my own cost Despite following their instructions I didn t hear back for three weeks After extensive back-and-forth communication I finally received a refund but not for the shipping cost As they ve agreed Amy the person who I dealt with said they ve offered me a 50 credit note for the inconvenience I experienced but I have yet to see it Never received it they only issue credit notes even if the product is faulty Stay away from them Unless you wanna deal with just stress

Inflexible return policy Full priced item and no ability to refund Yes they will point you to the terms and conditions but expensive event wear is hard to order online Will not do again Wish I had read reviews first It seems a common thread I would have thought that a full priced dress that is unsuitable and not a good fit could be returned with a refund This sort of inflexibility is not good for the brand The material on the dress was not what I expected and the fit wasn t right or flattering Now I have an expensive credit note with a brand I now don t trust Unless you can try it in store Don t order it

Buyer beware absolute worst customer service worst company to deal with After dealing with Bariano to refund a faulty dress I never received the refund have been dealing with a Clair from customer service who is clearly incompetent in her role I cannot believe how unprofessional this company is never ever will I shop there again Worst customer service experience it is been six weeks and I still have not been received a refund In emails from Bariano They have assured me that I have been refunded but have not Clair has now ignored all my emails The Bariano head office phone number rings out no one ever picks up I have now gone straight consumer affairs Victoria and will be seeking damages and so should everybody else I have all the emails to prove it and all the phone call dates and times I still cannot believe how unprofessional and careless this company is

Making the buying experience a nightmare
What a careless greedy and unprofessional clothing business I had purchased a dress directly from Bariano for which I was unable to pull up the zipper as it kept on jamming I had reached out to their customer service team who never responded for days until I had to reach out again via email and Facebook messenger They advised that I could go and book a return via their website for which I attempted to multiple times but could not due to error messages I reached out again to them and again they said it should work by this point I was losing my patience but thought I d try again in case I was doing something wrong No still no luck I reached out again and continued to be met with silence I finally received a response and a label provided for which I then returned the dress There was no response no confirmation whatsoever on dress being returned and any outcomes I reached out on multiple occasions without any response I had to put in a new enquiry before someone replied to advise that the dress was not deemed faulty and therefore I would only get a credit note The problem is that I did not receive any correspondence re this credit note and only upon questioning did they advise it was through a third party called shopify I don t have any email from this third party Bariano really needs to get their act together and review their ordering returns and refunds and exchange processes It is severely flawed and the lack of regard to customers is quite evident from this experience I own four other Bariano dresses purchased through The Iconic and I do a lot of online shopping this one has got to take the cake wrt worse purchasing experience from a business that sells higher end cost garments To this date I still have not got a credit note Taking innocent people s hard earn money or atleast hoping they d forget about it since they make it hard for consumers to retrieve the money or credit back Shame on you Bariano sort yourselves out and respond to your emails
