Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience I ordered the Grocery Store for my child It arrived with a significant part missing so it cannot be assembled Despite multiple emails to Barnshenn they have so far failed to offer any resolution to this problem and instead keep promising to email me back with an answer then failing to do so Obvious solutions would include send the missing part replace the whole item or provide a refund However to date this has been impossible and I am about to take this up with my credit card company to get a refund
