We bought two stools from these guys a year ago and one developed a squeak that no amount of WD40 would remove Despite the time since purchase one contact and a video illustration of the problem meant we had a new base for the stool within a couple of days Fantastic service So helpful

Ordered two barstools which were promptly delivered Sadly on inspection there was a small cut in the material of one of the stools I called the Customer Service department who were brilliant Sent a photo of the damage and within 10 minutes received an email confirming that a replacement would be sent out It arrived today All good this time Very good service Thank you

Really pleased with our barstools we had an issue with one of them arriving damaged at delivery but they sent a replacement out the very next day they look fab
