Really poor management from Will and
Really poor management from Will and the clinic is run poorly They are new and not professional as they keep you coming for sessions to pay their staff without actually solving your problem They have constant miscommunication and you aren t allowed to see other therapists or they don t like it Ken doesn t solve your problems and just keeps telling you to come back The other stone massage person is so so with not a lot of availabilities What it comes down to is the way the treat customers which is not great at all Same goes with their reception they consistently make mistakes and don t take accountability The other massage and physios are so so though don t solve your problems Not good at all They are also not honest with what they tell you
