Unresponsive customer service for defective shoes

Bought shoes a month ago and wore them in 3 basketball games and 2 practices all the strings are coming undone after the first wear took pics and emailed the company but haven t received a response I ve never ever had any basketball shoe start to come undone like these have and if so I would of returned them and got full refund Still waiting on a response

This company took my order but failed to deliver the goods The package was shipped to the US and got lost in transit It s been two months and I still haven t received my order They show no interest in helping to locate the package or offering any assistance They ll take your money and leave you to deal with the issue yourself After accepting your order they completely wash their hands of any responsibility I didn t choose the shipping company yet the store refuses to resolve the issue They take no responsibility and ignore you For international buyers I strongly advise against purchasing from this store Numerous negative Google reviews reflect their poor service essentially making them a 1-star operation Dealing with them is risky This has been the biggest disappointment in the basketball community
