WE LL NEVER USE ANY OTHER BATHROOM COMPANY

I am a wheelchair user and we needed to upgrade our en-suite to meet my personal needs We intended visiting various bathroom suppliers We made an appointment with Tracey Hendron at Bassett s Portadown Tracey s knowledge was exceptional By the end of our first visit we did not want to try any other suppliers No matter what obstacles we presented she had a solution We paid our deposit and it transpired that it would be 6 months before our plumber could start the work Tracey kept in touch with us and totally understood our situation Too many tiles were ordered and it was no problem getting a refund This lady is a real asset to Bassett s and although she had not been trained to design accessible en-suites she did a fantastic job

Great friendly service at Bassett s Bangor

I m having a large extension added to my house and needed to select tiles and radiators Bassett s in Bangor have a large range I ordered three radiators and valves that were delivered quickly In error I selected the wrong valves and Ross who I was dealing with resolved my issue quickly and without fuss I would recommend Bassett s who have a friendly can do attitude and service

Had an issue with my old boiler A guy called Geordie called out to my house to discuss our boiler options He was very informative and helpful and made our decision very easy New boiler arrived and installed with great after sales support Would definitely recommend these guys again

Amazing Customer Service

I visited the showroom as per recommendation of a tradesperson The process could not have been any better From booking our consultation right through to the finishing touches Andrea was a dream to work with no job or question or query too much She honestly made the whole process a pleasure and as simple as could be Nothing was ever too much for her or the counter and delivery staff 100 no hesitation to recommend the Lisburn showroom or company as a whole

Found everything we needed for a small shower room renovation Good advice in the showroom staff were happy to give us the time and space to browse and consider options but also made sure the plans remained realistic The fitters were happy with the quality of the items we bought and we are delighted with the end product

When we visited the Enniskillen showroom we found Nicola to be very friendly and approachable We found her advice product knowledge and recommendations to be just what we were looking for and at a price that suited our budget After placing our order it was delivered well within the timescale that was given Due to some changes which we made from our original plan we found that a different size of shower door was needed instead of the one originally ordered We were very pleased that this was sorted out without fuss and at no extra expense to us Overall we found that we were very well treated by Stephen Nicola and the trade counter staff Highly recommended

Absolutely brilliant service from Darren and his team at Boucher road branch They really took the time to consider our needs and helped us choose an amazing bathroom keeping within our considered budget I would 100 recommend them to anyone Thanks so much guys
