Had a delivery of 200 shower panel
Had a delivery of 200 shower panel turned up badly damaged Initially had contact with Andy who was pleasant and understanding When requesting a replacement I was told a week which we couldn t wait for and no guarantee next one would turn up intact So changed plans and used the broken panel as splashback Asked for a discount on the panel as a result of damage and was met with extremely poor customer service Offered a 10 discount on what was basically an unusable panel Kenneth director refused to pass on contact details of supplier and then zero response to emails This is a joke in this day and age Would not recommend this company to anyone

Dirty radiators
My family placed an order for 8 radiators from Bath and More and 2 from another supplier as part of our house renovations and the radiators from B M were dirty the water coming from them was black and had some residue - the other 2 radiators we ordered elsewhere did not have the same issue We contacted B M but they didn t accept any fault on their end despite video evidence and the difference in water quality between the radiators from them and the other supplier
