Excellent shopping experience

Our first visit to Bathroom city and was very impressed with the showroom We originally only ordered a Bathroom Cabinet which luckily for us was in the sale but due to Jamie being super helpful we ended up purchasing a complete shower cubicle Wall hung toilet and cistern a tap all nice quality at a super price so thanks Jamie for your help and wouldn t hesitate returning to Bathroom city

Kelly at customer services went out of her way to help me

I recently bought a 3 sided shower from Bathroom City and the lady I spoke to in costumer services Kelly went out of her way to make sure it was delivered on time When the shower came and was about to be installed the plumber said I had ordered the wrong size side panels I got in touch with Kelly and again she went out of he way to sort out some replacements and pick up for the ones I had already got It was all sorted within a day thanks to Kelly I would recommend them to anyone as the quality is really good

Easy ordering by phone

Easy to order by phone when I wanted to make a couple of amendments to what was available as a package online Despite me having a sore throat and starting lose my voice the sales person was great

Effortless

Very easy to make an order A lot of choices and very helpfull specially on phone to be honest Have not done any return yet so no experience on that but while buying the customer care was absolutely top notch very helpful understanding and feels like personalised service

Once again Bathroom City were fantatstic Maxine helped with a partial refund due to the fact that hidden plumbing meant that the bath wouldn t fit She was friendly helpful and patient First Class Thankyou

Good customer service

Bought the Oliver fitted furniture but some items were missing I contacted Bathroom City and they sent replacement parts straight away Maxine was great really quick and efficient customer service
