Mark from Batley DIY was so very very helpful both over the phone and in person He answered all my questions and even emailed me a photo of the item to make sure it was the correct one When I collected it he checked through to make sure all the pieces were there to avoid another journey - so nothing was a bother to him He obviously takes a pride in his job and it shows Thank you Mark for all your help I would definitely recommend Batley DIY - the service is second to none from Christine A
