If you shop with anyone it should be Batten Home - this is a great business with the most exceptional customer service I have ever experienced Shaan is a treasure - he went over and above every step of the way with fast and super nice communication even when I would email at odd hours plus he found a way to ship to my remote location Batten also carries a beautiful selection of Scandinavian furniture and decor - the store is a wonderful discovery

Great Customer Service
I received a bench that had a some issues from shipping Brittney was on it immediately kept me updated on what the manufacturer would do and worked out a very fair solution She also would have exchanged it for a new one or let me return it I can t say enough good things about her sunny attitude and willingness to resolve the issue to my satisfaction I will absolutely buy From them again One of the best customer service experiences I ve ever had

I recently ordered a mirror from Batten Home and moved in the midst of my order shipping processing Thankfully I received amazing customer service from Brittney who followed up and made sure the product was submitted to my new address I am very pleased with their service and look forward to shopping with Batten Home again

Never Received Product
I purchased a light fixture from Batten Home and received an order confirmation stating I would receive another email once the item had shipped I waited and waited receiving no further correspondence from the company Finally several weeks later I decided to email them to check up on the order They responded to tell me that the item was out of stock Would have been nice to receive this information after placing the order rather than waiting around for a month for a package that never came

Never order from Batten Home
I ordered glassware from batten home order 11711 in January did not receive it for weeks When I emailed I was told it was out of stock and would be back in stock April information that would have been relevant during purchase I decided to wait more since there was only a few more weeks at that point When April came I emailed again and was told that the shipment was late but I would receive my order soon and they would ship it directly from the warehouse so I couple get it faster I replied asking for a tracking number and received no response After waiting another month I sent another email stating that I still had not received my order They canceled my order without any consolation for the fact that I spent nearly 6 months in my new home using plastic cups while I waited for this order Not only that but since canceling this order I have found the same glassware from a different vendor for a fraction of the price I would never recommend this company I never got my order but what I do get from them is a barrage of promotional junk-emails advertising products that are probably not in stock

Terrible and costly experience
This was undoubtedly the worst and most costly experience I ve ever had as an online customer During a remodel I ordered 2 Danish pendant lights - a big splurge at 1500 but with significant light impact in the space Nowhere had i been warned prominently that unlike any reputable company like Danish Design Batten doesn t allow returns on lights This should have been emphasized prior to purchase The lights hadn t even been out of the package when it was clear that they wouldn t work out But no exchange no refund - even with their 20 restocking fee if this company goes under during the pandemic it s a fate very well deserved Meanwhile I ve learned a hard lesson about checking into a company s potentially unique policies prior to making big online purchases Others allow returns within 30 days - if lights are in perfect condition - for exchange or 20 restocking fee

Return are expensive
Just cautioning everyone to be aware of their return policy You have to pay to ship anything back and I m my case the cost to ship the items back was 15 and the Amber water bottles cost 25 total They were not able to make an arrangement to help mitigate my return shipping costs Do not recommend buying from them for this reason

Disappointing experience
I ordered from batten home over 3 weeks ago and my order has not even been processed yet I have reached out right after placing the order to check on the processing time and was advised that it d take 2-3 week to ship it Yet after 2 5 weeks when checking on the status again I received no response The order was placed on 11 17 2022 and today is 12 15 2022 and I have not heard back yet on where the items are This is extremely frustrating and disappointing would never order again from them
