Positive surprise

The entire process of order and delivery went exactly as described on the online shop - used internet banking but still the payment verification was approved inside 24 hours and the delivery promised inside 1-3 days Although I opted for the free PostNord option the package came in by DHL on the 3 day The battery was inside the usual nondescript DHL bag so I was a bit worried but the battery itself was well packed inside the cardboard box with enough packaging material to avoid even scratches The battery was additionally packed inside antistatic bag Instructions about how to start using the battery cold start from the stock and how to prolong the life of the battery were also included very professional indeed For now I can only say that the battery is very well made good quality plastic fits even better than the old original one 4 years old and did a lot of swapping and seems to have a bit higher capacity than stated 7200 instead of 6900mAh - if my testing software is reading it right If all of the batteries are like this and with the included 2 year warranty I would suggest forgetting about searching for the original batteries longer delivery times limited choice of capacity paying for the brand name and not the quality As soon as I need batteries for my other computers I will look no further than this place

I think this page might be fake I am not sure but here is my experience First of all if I can I usually try to choose an invoice as a payment option just in case So after I put in an order nothing happened I haven t received any error message on the web-site or via an email from the web-site So I had to place the same order again I was a bit afraid I d put in a double order but nevertheless this time I chose to create an account to be able to track the order The same thing happened again I put in the order nothing happened no order confirmation on the website or in my email box I checked my order history on the website now that I had an account and actually found my order number I thought I d wait for the confirmation or order status update It s been 6 days including today no status update or order confirmation was sent to me After contacting support they tell me that my invoice option wasn t approved by Klarna I just ordered the same batteries from another website with that same Klarna account - everything was approved I am not sure if they were trying to get me to pay with my card In any case the facts that that there was no error message twice on the website so you have no chance of knowing if you order went through also that I thought the order was registered twice and then no proper response contact about thee error from the website even though an order was created in their history all that is very suspicious Usually Klarna lets you know directly if you can t choose an invoice option And the fact that I just put in a similar order on another website also makes it all even more suspicious And after checking out the website more properly I noticed that the website looks impersonal with very typical stock photos that also look very suspicious I really needed these batteries for a photo shoot and now I have to cancel or re-book it The whole process of ordering was very troublesome and time consuming no error message or contact from the company was made I would not use this website again It is your choice but I feel very disappointed

Ordered a 52Wh battery

Ordered a 52Wh battery Got a 48Wh battery Which after 2 charges was down to 43Wh Not only a lie but a badly concealed lie as the battery clearly states it s size when put in to the laptop
