Amazing Battersea as always

I have just rescued my 4th Battersea dog I cannot thank the staff at London Brands Hatch Centre enough for all the hard rewarding work they do It s good to know that my dogs have had a great start with Battersea before they came to me Have only had my Cookie for a week now and she has settled so well after a bad start for her Thank you again Battersea you are an amazing rescue centre

We visited Battersea Dogs and Cats Home Brands Hatch last Sunday We had already registered online and we had received a phone call from Teresa to ask questions about our environment and needs We found the whole experience very friendly and professional We were told we had been approved We said we had seen a cat online and we wanted to meet her We made arrangements to see her the next day Very importantly we were informed that if we did not feel the cat was right for us we would be under no obligation to take her This was very reassuring We visited Brands Hatch and found it to be a most friendly and professional place We loved our cat from the moment we saw her and were ready to take her home We signed all the necessary paperwork We were given a goody bag for her which contained food treats and toys She also received 4 weeks free PetPlan insurance We couldn t be happier with Battersea Dogs and Cats Home Brands Hatch All in all it had been a wonderful experience and we now have a beautiful much loved cat and we have called her Tippi

They were so understanding and let us take our time They have been really reassuring and helpful with advice to help Kevin settle in We are so happy with our fur baby and he has settled really well

Battersea are absolutely amazing

Battersea ask so many questions so that they understand your family and situation perfectly and they know their animals well They really knew what they were doing when they matched us with our wonderful cat who settled so quickly that within a week she would jump on any family member s knee for a cuddle They provide so much information so that you know exactly what to expect and what you need to do to make your new pet feel at home When we went to meet our cat the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind even with my 2 very excitable kids When we picked her up we waited a couple of weeks because she had not reacted well to the stress of neutering everyone was incredibly helpful providing more info providing a weeks worth of food and explaining how to wean to a new diet preparing her for transport and booking a pet friendly taxi and helping us find the best way to put us and the kids in the taxi They have also been incredibly supportive through the process and afterwards when we had some health worries We couldn t recommend them highly enough

Best rehoming centre I ve ever experienced

I collected my beautiful cat Coco today from Battersea in London The staff were absolutely amazing especially Paige and Graham on the reception desk They made me feel so welcome The process was dealt with professionally and I have nothing but admiration for the team Well done Highly recommended
