Paid for a battery and express delivery on March 24th Nothing has arrived yet Company is not local just pretending to be Stay clear of them

Very poor service and long delivery time

Very poor service delivery time is 6-8 weeks but I have not received it yet after 3 weeks so cant be sure Sounds like a scam website Will be instructing paypal to refund funds

Slowest delivery ever

Horribly run company I ordered a phone battery a month ago and still haven t received it After 2 weeks from ordering I enquired about it and they told me they had a shortage and the item was just shipped so I d have to wait another 2 weeks and still nothing Emailed them again for a refund and they basically refused saying I ll get it shortly If you don t have the stock don t bloody say you do on your site I could of gotten it else where 3 weeks ago at this rate They are useless

Ridiculously poor company

Ridiculously poor company 4 weeks and counting and no sign of battery they want another 2 weeks grace before considering what to do about my order They just buy different domains in different countries to pretend they are local but I expect they order everything from China thereafter Do yourself a favour and avoid this company

SCAM

SCAM Wish i read the reviews before placing order I have received no response to emails help desk Item not received but payment taken Only was to get money back is through a charge back in the bank also this company is not based in ireland

Terrible still waiting in order after 6 weeks Believe this is a total scamTerrible experience 6 weeks and waiting for a battery I tried to change order within a couple of hours as I ordered wrong wattage to be told too late order was been processed 6 weeks later and 2 emails and no joy Agree with other reviews all smells of a scam as they have Irish domain name and then Netherlands legal name after you pay Then to be told when waiting for package it is coming from China or Hong Kong Worst service I have ever experienced I want a refund

Battery Upgrade ie a dreadful company

I ordered a battery from this company for a Yale hub alarm system I forwarded the part number and had to email them as the battery did not arrive They assured me it was on the way and were surprised that I hadn t received it but asked for another 2 weeks Battery eventually arrived and was not remotely compatible to the one I ordered Several emails later and forwarded photos of both batteries they weren t able to source one I recycled the battery and got one elsewhere in less than a week They offered me a refund but i cut my losses as it would take ages to get a refund I had to explain what the term recyled meant My advice keep clear of them an utterly disaster of a company

Horrible experience Waited over a month for Dyson Battery even tho I paid for express delivery Battery came and did not work They would not send another unless I shipped the broken one which cost me 15 to ship back Another month came and went and no battery even tho they say it s on the way Eventually got a refund Avoid this company
