Bought two dressing gowns from them both are extremely comfortable and high quality aside from a slight delay on the first one due to COVID can t reasonably blame them for that I have had no issues at all In my case they used DHL for delivery which allowed me to change the delivery address so I did not have to reschedule delivery very much appreciated

I found a YouTube video that reviewed a smoking jacket from Baturina Homewear and was instantly fascinated I love such things and almost immediately went to their website I chose the option to design my own and provided my own measurements Now due to Covid issues the wait time was greatly extended - over three months However once I received it that wait time was completely worth it The materials craftsmanship and final product are absolutely stunning The silk material has a glossy sheen that is amazing I could not be happier
