Poor communication and undelivered item

Ordered a wardrobe 8 weeks ago and had to chase the order to find out whether it would be delivered within the 6-8 week stated timeframe The reply on email was curt and unapologetic Reply said w c 16th September for delivery but still no wardrobe after chasing them for a second time and no update

They just do not tell the truth

Just do not tell the truth Ordered beginning of July -still waiting delivery end of October Should have been end of August Just no information about my order and you cannot trust them to tell the truth No idea if furniture was good or bad - they cancelled the order and have promised a refund - because I was getting cross about the constant lies about delivery

Dreadful company

I ordered a cabinet on the 12th October It stated delivery within 4 to 6 weeks I heard nothing I called them and they said 8 weeks I called again and they said 12th December It was not delivered and no contact I called again and they said I would be advised of a delivery date for week commencing 16th of December I heard nothing so called on the 16th and was advised it eould be delivered on the 20th and would be advised of the time slot on the 19th I called several times on the 19th and emailed but no response I called again several times on the 20th but no answer or response to email The afternoon of the 20th I got a short email saying they were on holiday and it wouldn t be delivered until 10th January This company is a disgrace They don t tell the truth Their customer service is non existent I don t have a product or my money back I would not recommend this company

Do you really need it

Unfortunately I cannot yet review on the quality of the cupboard which I sincerely hope is superb I will of course update you when it arrives Ordered 15 10 24 with 6-8 week lead time At 8 weeks 22 11 24 requested update and told delivery week commencing 9 11 24 Requested updates 11 12 24 and 12 12 24Only at this point did I check out Trustpilot Chases response again and received terse reply from Alex aiming to deliver by 21st 17 12 24 I requested ETA18 12 24 reply to confirm delivery 19th 20th 21st 20 12 24 chasing an ETA for today or tomorrow as previously advised 21 12 24 replied eventually to say they had closed early on 20th for Christmas and hadn t managed to get all orders out 28 12 24 advised delivery 9th 10th or 11th of January 7 1 24 Request ETA- reply states delivery will now be 15th which I can t do Negotiate new date Definite delivery for 23rd January I check in the morning and all is good and shipper will be in touch At 4pm it has not arrived so I request they chase on my behalf and or give me contact details No response yet The question for you is just how much do you need this piece of furniture in your life Can you afford to hand over that much cash and then have no clue when it will arrive

Well I will have to give a good score because refund came through the next day They seem to have over committed and did not keep customers in the loop

Beautiful Rustic Larder Cupboard

Beautiful piece of furniture just as described Really nice rustic vintage feel and a solid unit which looks and feels well made They were happy to customise it to our needs and were lovely on the phone when we called to discuss our order Always happy to buy from UK sellers and at a fair price

Lovely made to measure furniture

Loved my larder cupboard made to measure and colour wanted Looks amazing in my kitchen I was kept informed as to my orders progress and the company was always contactable either by phone or email

I have just received my new cabinet and I m absolutely delighted It is just what I wanted I think it is very good value The lead time was longer than expected but if you are able to wait it is certainly worth it
