No Safe Place to Read Signage in Leeds White Hall Road

Company provides an appeal form but it doesn t work based on the letter they send you I have ADHD which affects my ability to process information quickly I pulled into white hall road car park where they insist signage is clear yet don t provide a place to stop that isn t on double yellows to read it It states I was there for 2 minutes 18 seconds and after I read it forced to stop on double yellows to read it clearly I left but still received a PCN

I parked at the Church car park in Watford and entered my car registration and credit card details on the machine I received a 60 penalty charge notice and see that no charge appeared on my credit card statement It appears that others have had the same experience

Parked in Sutton car park Watford on 28 09 24 On completion I used the citipark app as I always have to pay on this day for whatever reason the app didn t work properly and time of my arrival at the carpark was incorrect and the app wouldn t allow me to change the time only go straight to payment I tried resetting the app 3 times to no avail so paid what the app said I needed too I have since received a PCN which I appealed which they have now declined So I am now appealing to popla I am quite willing to go to court over this as I cannot see how I can be made a scapegoat because their app went wrong and I didn t pay the right amount even though I tried too

I have sent the screen of entering the gym and even appealed with proof that I have attended the gym on that day and eligible for free parking later while coming I have forgot to enter first Later went back and entered the registration number on the tablet still they rejected and saying cannot appeal

If i could give a 0 i would these people are just stealing money in any way that they can I used their parking in ilford near a restaurant called Enigma Once in october and once in december Their payment machine was down on both occasions so i had to manually enter my car details and pay Yet they continuously sent me fines saying i hadnt paid As soon as i received the letter i contacted the email PROVIDED and received NO RESPONSE There is a string of 4 emails sent with bank statements and photographic evidence of payments been made Yet NO RESPINSE A friend of mine had a similar issue and provided a different email which i finally got a response from but they did not care that A I paid for my parking when i left the lot B The string of emails i sent which THEY FAILED to respond to which would have prevented this to now be handed over to debt recovery These people have caused me SO MUCH unnecessary stress and have wasted so much of my time Now I have to chase people to fix what theyve failed to do Their customer service is ridiculous Why on earth provide an email address which no one checks

On a recent visit to Watford I paid at the pay station and unbeknown to me the machine did not register my payment or charge it to my card As you do not need a ticket to exit the first I knew of this was when I got a fine My appeal was rejected Try to avoid using any of their facilities

Absolute joke of a company Parked at Dale St Manchester numerous amount of times then one time the Citipark App inadvertantly made me pay for Tariff St A stone throw away so they sent PCN They automatically reject all appeals in the hope people just pay them Clearly the fault was out of my control and apparently they own both car parks Proof was provided

AWFUL COMPANY All they want is your money and will never listen to an appeal Completely heartless and will automatically reject all appeals I didn t even get a written email just a copy and pasted one RIDICULOUS Even the poor warden appealed on his side for misunderstanding and felt terrible
