I left a review for a Sport Direct purchase which criticised the courier service The product was fine somehow My review was moderated which is just unrequired censorship I won t review anything using Bazaar Voice again

Scam Fake Review system

I spent time to write a thoughtful specific 2 negative review on MAYTAG website Unfortunately they use BAZAARVOICE to manage these reviews I was sent a link to CONFIRM SUBMISSION hours later PROBLEM THE LINK NEVER CONNECTS I HAVE TRIED FOR OVER AN HOUR WHAT A SCAM likely using an algorithm that id s negative reviews WHAT ELSE ARE WE TO ASSUME I am sure this is why reviews are showing more positive than they should be I am also sure that if this was a positive review their would be no issues

Shady Don t give them your contact details

Scam Fake Review system After attempting to review a defective YATES chemical dispersal product sold by BUNNINGS I was able to write a review on Bunnings website but unable to use this plateflorms automated email to authenticate the review via wired NBN on tablet or Wireless Telstra on a mobile There is clearly a scam to prevent negative reviews They appear to hope by wasting peoples time you may give up Well I dont appreciate this so i will tell as many people about the defective product that should be recalled and shame those who try to cover it up

Really poor support

I never gave this company my details however after making a purchase from ASDA they shared my contact details with them I contacted bazaarvoice on their customer care address and asked them to remove my contact details from their system and stop sending me spam They never got back and the spam continues This is just a shady group of people and if somehow get hold of your details good luck trying to get in touch with them Product review emails ARE a marketing tool and as such are banned unless you have explicitly opted-in Please report any unwanted email messages to the ICO so that they can ultimately get fined and stop abusing people s contact details Shameful

Bazaarvoice will lose Sainsbury Argos customers

Supposedly the review company employed by Sainsbury Argos in UK They demand that I turn off my ad-blocker to complete the survey Sorry I will never do that As they only want to scrape your review interaction for advertising information I have complained to Sainsbury Argos and received the usual rote response Obviously they do not really want customers to give honest reviews good or bad Strange how the Bazaarvoice web site has NO email contact address in fact couldn t find anything for them on ceoemail

It doesn t work

It doesn t work I am tired of writing reviews for trusted brands and every time I hit the post review button I constantly get sorry something went wrong Waste of my time and vendors money

its a big fat scam yank AI site censoring reviews for cash so that all the crooked companies who use these scammers will appear to have all good reviews I wouldnt touch them or any company that uses them to dupe customers
