Excellent customer service

I recently ordered a gas grill that was missing some vital parts a manufacturer error I was obviously very frustrated with the situation especially as the manufacturer was giving me and still is giving me the runaround on getting the proper replacement parts promptly Luckily I was able to work with Toshia on the customer service team at BBQ Guys and she was so kind patient understanding and helpful As any great customer service rep should be she was focused on how to make the situation right and was incredibly creative and gracious in finding me a good solution While the order itself went a bit awry I will be a lifelong customer of BBQ guys knowing that they legitimately take care of their customers and do what s right when called upon

Excellent xperience Favorable Price

Living in a condo we are restricted to using electric gills This was a replacemen unit for a similar grill we had that outlived it usefullness The shopping was efficient and the grill actually arrived before the promised date
