BBVA is a shame for students BRUTAL COMISSIONS

I am living outside Spain in Switzerland that is under SEPA agreement Under SEPA unit transfer cost is 0 30 eur I have two nieces in Madrid and I transfer money to then I have been doing this for a couple of years now We just realized that every time I was doing a transfer BBVA is taking 20 eur fee they get a notification that total amount has been received but in the notification commission is not detailed All in all BBVA has taken more than 2 000 eur in transfer commissions in about 3 years We called the bank and ask if they could at least give half of the commissions back They denied So my nieces early 20 years old learn how BBVA steals their money without shame They have learnt that BBVA is not a trusty bank where you can keep your savings on the long term and less open a mortgage with then I take it as a learning for my nieces that start a bank relation Maybe these 2 000 eur brutal commission avoid that they open a mortgage with BBVA or do any other transaction with this no shame entity
