As a fair newcomer to crypto and using a BC Vault there is of course a new language and logistics to learn I have found BC Vault to be very responsive to my requests for help Granted there is a non-English-native speaker barrier here to be persevered with as well as tech people that are to the point in the way things are explained with a degree of assumed knowledge in me on their part which is inaccurate However all that said I have pushed myself to understand what in the heck and BC Vault are definitely there to help where they can The device is easy to use and I feel assured I have the best security for my crypto Highly recommend

I have not unboxed it yet I am inexperienced with cold hardware wallets so I am trying to figure out the ins and outs of storage transferring cryptocurrency etc The process of ordering and receiving the BC Vault was a breeze The timeframe in which I received the Vault was amazing I am an elderly person so I am being very cautious in my introduction to self custody

Customer service is extremely valuable to me BC vault customer service is the best you will find in the industry Product is outstanding I ve never had a failure of confidence in the product It is simple to use and it makes me feel that my crypto investments are secure It s as though I have all my financial crypto investments in the palm of my hand I am in complete control of my destiny and BC vault gives me that security and comfort my investments are secure Thank you BC vault team

Great Product Amazing Customer Support

My experience with BC Vault has been great It got off to a bit of a rocky start when after receiving it in the mail I opened the box to discover that the device had a loud rattling noise I took a video and contacted their support team who were very responsive and courteous Within a week they had sent me a replacement and even scheduled to have the old one picked up Set up was super simple and so was moving all of the BC Vault supported tokens into the wallets I had been keeping them on exchanges for over a year and now I no longer have to worry about any of my assets if one of the exchanges gets hacked or goes bankrupt You can even stake Cardano directly from the device Hopefully they add some direct staking for other projects as well Super happy with my purchase

I checked many hard wallets and I believe BC Vault is one of the most secure It has 2 forms of backup that are also very secure and their customer support is top notch I highly recommend this secure and easy to use device It is a true vault with the ability to create multiple individual secure wallets stored on one device

I have tried many crypto hardware wallets in my time but BC Vault truly takes the prize in my opinion It is clear the product is 100 centered around security they literally have a bounty wallet included with over 1 BTC for anyone who can crack it A few things other stand out to me 1 Each wallet within BC Vault can be encrypted and secured individually 2 Storage is significantly better than other hardware wallets on the market 3 The interface is easily the most user friendly- nothing is overcomplicated 4 No need for a 12 24 words seed phrase Instead you can back up your encrypted wallet data to the provided SD card or a series of QR codes All in all 5 5 Hats off to the team

We literally are in the early far-west era of cryptocurrencies and unless you are strongly educated on it moving money can be intimidating at best I have researched far and large for THE BEST POSSIBLE company that makes physical crypto wallets and I settled with BC VAULT Not only the product is rock-solid but the company is remarkable and well ran which ultimately means there are good people running the business and they care about it You can tell by how fast the customer service responds and how accurate their response is I am very satisfied so far and I would recommend it to anyone who cares about good products for crypto

What an amazing team I had a small issue with the first device I received which was replaced VERY quickly with no postage costs and a free t-shirt as a sorry included Then had a small issue viewing NFTs with the app but a day after reporting the issue the team had found the bug which will be fixed in the next release Also gave me a discount code as a thank you You will struggle to find a more responsible company Oh and the actual product is fantastic does everything they advertise and does it well
