I needed my order quickly
I needed my order quickly there was some initial confusion over a double charge for next day carriage at 24 nevertheless I went for standard carriage with my order with a view to email BCH and call them to make sure if any other delivery costs needed paying I could do that there and then The team were quick to respond explaining that the double carriage was indeed an error on the website due my order being split between two of their branches And that for the inconvenience they would do next for all my items free of charge that was a nice touch they didn t have to do that but they did I then recieved a callback to say my order wasn t split between their branches after all and that all my items would be delivered the next day And they were just in time for our trip to Switzerland So in the face of some initial complication The response time and solution was excellent by the BCH team that family personal service you rarely get these days I am glad to see it still exists I for one will happily shop here again All the best to the team Kind regards John Wells

Couldn t be happier with service I received My tent was delivered swiftly and I was given all the information I needed on its purchase and use BCH phoned me back twice to confirm information given as I was unsure It was a big purchase but I felt very confident that I was in good hands and could trust what they said Would definitely buy from them again

Early consultation regarding walking boot size was helpful product Berghaus Very good price and perfect fit Used briefly indoors then to Lake District 30 miles in 3 days on fells No blisters and very comfortable Top class business and I will use again Thank you
