Brilliant customer service love the product and now enjoy shaving
I had been looking at shaving subscriptions for months and was never sure if it was something that would suit me I never paid too much attention to the type of blades or lather that I would use and found the whole shaving experience frustrating However since setting up my monthly subscription I actually look forward to shaving Firstly getting my new handle and box arriving in the post was a great surprise and a lovely present to myself The quality of the handle blades and particularly the sandalwood lather is incredible and way exceeded my expectations of the quality I was expecting Also I recently had to change my address and a simple email to customer service updated my account and responded to me the same day which was a great bonus

Great for long-ish stubble
The Bearded Colonel blades are great - good quality and a good price I don t shave every day I do about once a week 10 days and they cope really well Plus I don t end up using the same last one in the packet for far too long

Excellent service and a great product
Great razors and brush Very close comfortable shave without cuts or nicks Blades arrive on time The brush is lovely Now have subscribed for their socks which are seductively comfortable JOHN

Amazing customer service and blades
Excellent service and a great product I had an issue with I missing shaver in my monthly subscription and emailed them directly The customer service I received was second to none and after several issues with the postal service totally outside if there control I was credited one month s subscription fee for my trouble The Bearded Colonel is still quite a new startup and they are competing against the likes of Gillette and Wilkinson Sword I feel they offer a more personal and better service a high-quality product and much better value for money than any of the big names They get my vote every time

Very good product great service
I m a female and use the razors to shave my body and they re frankly amazing The shaver itself isn t too bulky and I ve never had a smoother shave The amount of heads that come are great and they last far longer than competitors I ve used plenty of female AND male targeted razors

I cannot say anymore than those who have given 5 stars below Best shave I ve had yet and I have used the likes of Gillette Due my first set of replacement blades but I m already convinced to stay put
