Do not order from this website they are a scam and do not send orders out they do not respond to emails for weeks and come up with lies excuses and are abusive They can never provide any proof of postage AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered a month ago not arrived One more week and will consider it a scam Thought I was aware of scammers Seems not

Avoid

Received the items which are okay but not worth the full price they advertise At the discount price they show they are about right The fit is larger than you would expect which is unusual because often the sizes from some companies are often on the small side However they offer a return process which is a nightmare They supply a return address in Eastern Europe and you have to pay to return from the UK this has cost us a total of 32 for 2 items Once sent a couple of weeks later both items were returned to us but we don t know why I have contacted the company but communication is poor Avoid and go to a local store and get a similar product with no hassle

According to their website they say they will send out another jacket if the one received does not fit Stupidly I believed them I wish I had looked at this site before ordering from them I have been waiting 3 months and they keep coming up with fresh excuses I ve been scammed too along with so many others mentioned on Trustpilot If I had seen the huge number of people who only gave them one star I would have avoided them no question about it

Not received my order

Not received my order from a month ago tracking is a joke Did have an email exchange but now not responding Not convinced item will ever arrive Don t use them if ifs not a scam its a shambolic set up Not cheap either so spend elsewhere

I thought this was a scam company based on reviews and no address on their website but I received my goods absolutely fine Would shop again

After reading some of these reviews after purchase I thought the worst Couldn t be more wrong delivery was spot on and the jacket is fantastic in fact I m going to order another Honestly great service and great quality Thank you Bearskin
