Ordered these online thinking I was paying 49 99 When I clicked on pay through PayPal it came up 71 80 Tried to cancel straight away but wouldn t let me saying I can return once I d received them Reading your reviews looks unlikely I ll get a full refund

You ll probably be charged for more than you think

Similar to last reviewer I ordered them at 59 95and completed all the details I was happy with the grand total so I confirmed order and then saw on next screen the cost had increased to 71 90 The site does say shipping and tax will be settled upon confirmation but this is in small print and after grand total It should have been in bold and before completing bank details so you know the total price before paying

Website scam buying bad experience

If your reading this review then its probably to late and I would say sorry you have been done over Maybe you will be lucky and just not put any details near there webpage I advise against it until you read this review I have read the reviews and had the same experience of the sales page the item going through when i have not confirmed The same 71 90 at the end when it should have been 59 99 The company saying its shipped even though i didn t confirm Even contacting them was no use as they only proceed to tell me to receive the item then pay for it to be returned Take full responsibility for it and if it gets lost then it not there problem These reviews are what customers have said about this product and the way the company use tactics that give the customer a horrible experience No one would want the product due to these bad experiences and aggressive underhanded ways the company s uses to get money from people The website that forces payments out of people is dishonest and revolting I am not the only one who had this If they cared about reputation they would sort this out The company will be associated with scam methods to get your product sold Therefore even if it was a good product no one would trust it I would rather buy from apple at least they will be honest and not have to use such methods to get people to buy there items Therefore they have confidence in there own product knowing it will sell knowing it s better to refund a customer for a poor experience and give a good reputation and impression of a company and brand I m Hope PayPal or some consumer watch dog will read this and look into this company methods As this really should not be allowed to continue I will not be buying anything from websites I wont even browse them for fear of a sale just going through automatically 15th march updateAfter they forced me to keep the package out of 71 90The product cost 59 99 they took extra on another page which makes it up to 71 90 I am now trying to send it back for a refund I point out i never ordered it and they took the money first through pay pal and then through my bank a week later Pay pal have not protected me as it comes under not being shipped yet for a status case So i will pay full shipping tracked to make sure it gets to them Which will be 7 35 special delivery as they need a signature and i don t trust this company will actually issue a refund without a return method like this They will then continue to charge 9 96 and a futher 5 00 as there shipping and handling fee Even though i am spending my own money to ship it back My refund out of all of this will be 56 94 after they took 71 90The weight of this product in kg 0 108The return address West Midlands Wolverhampton Plus with me spending 7 35 of my own money i will actually get 49 59 back That s if the exchange rate and whatever rubbish they want to make up doesn t effect there reason to refund me So they get away with taking 22 31 of my money due to the underhanded way there website is set up to take payment without you confirming properly Pay pal and bank wont protect you I don t understand why a company is allowed to operate like this I guess they all give each other back handers to get away with this revolting behaviour What a reputation and brand you have Your day will come and finally you will be held accountable for all the wrong you have done to people Enjoy

Listed price was 59 and pence Left out was the VAT and exorbitant shipping costs when they use Hermes The total actually came to above 71 A dishonest representation of price

Wish I d have read reviews on Trust pilot before I purchased the earbuds I did 49 99 suddenly became 71 plus without any real notice I also contacted the company to ask whether or not these buds were good at blocking out background chatter I received a reply telling me that depends on the background noise Yes it didn t make much sense to me either but unfortunately I d already parted with my cash no problem I thought you get a 30 day money back guarantee What a load of rubbish decided after using these buds for two days that they weren t what I was hoping for so contacted the company for a refund Was offered a 20 good will gesture Please ensure that these buds are for you before parting with your hard earned as there is no way you will get a refund You have been warned

Very poor customer service The product is not first for purpose as they fall out of my ears every time I move The company are refusing to give me a full refund despite the fact they are breaching the 2015 Sale of Goods Act I do NOT recommend this product or company

Bought BeatBuds x1 on 4 24 24 received on 5 29 24 on 7 25 24 the left earbud quit working Called customer service and was told that could and would not send a replacement Product lasted 60 days Do not buy these It s a scam Reviews are false Never again with those guys

I think I have just been scammed as well I bought beatbuds x1 from Techwidget after reading great reviews by AU Consumer Experts who claim Hi-Fi Sound with Deep Bass and Clear Highs and Crystal-Clear Calls with Quad-Mic Technology So fully charged them tried them once for approx fifteen minutes - played one song clearly then sound deteriorated What else did I expect More money wasted
