A hole in the cuff of the sleeve of my sweatshirt
I contacted Customer Services because unfortunately some stitching came undone on the cuff of my sweatshirt which is unusual because in my experience the quality of B B s clothing is of a very good standardI submitted a photograph of the defect and by reply I was offered a replacement garment I am now looking forward to receiving it I cannot fault the service would highly recommend this company

Unrivalled Quality lovely brand and service
