Never answered my emails and waited 8 weeks for this little sign to arrive that I could I made myself and within an hour it had fallen off the wall and broke trying to get miles to email me back for a refund and 2 weeks later still no reply after 3 emails shocking company do not use

No table no communication
I ordered a bespoke table on 30th August at the point of ordering the website said to expect a 7 week lead time which was fair enough After 10 weeks I emailed and was told it would be another couple of weeks It s now been 15 weeks and nothing has arrived yet Very poor communication and I m not confident the product will ever arrive A waste of 220

ITEM NEVER RECEIVED AFTER FOUR MONTHS
ITEM NEVER RECEIVED AFTER FOUR MONTHS I placed an order in early January I didn t receive the item in the forecasted dispatch period I contacted the company by email several times and on social media with no response Then at the end of February I got a reply saying it would be dispatched that week It never came and I never had any more replies I had to open a chargeback and after 7wks from that date my money was recovered I would not recommend this company at all I recommend you read the other reviews I m not alone

Horrific and non existent customer service and where is my order
I still haven t received my order from Beaufort Dunham I ve emailed countless times and messaged on instagram and they haven t had the courtesy to respond I ordered my console in August it s been 6 months Miles emailed me before Christmas to said he had long covid and would send my console which I have paid for in full straight after the new year I am sympathetic but as someone who runs their own business customers are king and you need to communicate I ve heard nothing since He doesn t even bother to get in touch Terrible shocking customer service It s reassuring to see that many people have had the same treatment and it s not just me

Ordered a radiator console table
Ordered a radiator console table 21Sept Delivery quoted as 8 weeks After 12 weeks I emailed a couple times for an update no response until I posted a comment on the company Instagram page Reply received next day saying delays due to illness End of the year chased again and told item was nearly ready and about to be dispatched January no table and no response to my email warning that I would take action I then initiated a charge back on my credit card Amex refunded me immediately and opened an investigation As of today sadly still no sign of item If this situation is indeed due to ill heath that s understandable and I d be sympathetic However to not communicate until forced nor fulfil delivery promises and treat customers with evident distain is another matter entirely

Where is my order
I ordered a radiator console table on 8th October spending 304 40 in the process At the time of ordering the lead time was stated as approximately 8 weeks however as of today I am yet to receive my order and my countless emails texts and phone calls have gone unanswered I have now lost all confidence in ever recieving my order and have raised a dispute via PayPal Communication and customer service severely lacking

Absolutely terrible customer service potentially bordering on criminal Item was ordered and paid for but waited months with no delivery The money was taken but not returned AND didn t get the item Have escalated this to trading standards
