Without a shadow of a doubt the quality and design of the jewellery went beyond my expectations Not only was it affordable for me but they had great deals and a large selection However what made me want to write a review was their service I ordered a ring that was too big for me so I tried to exchange it I emailed them and they said we would deliver a new one Not only are they delivering a new one they prioritised the order and they let me keep the original ring I bought because they do not want me to spend money on delivery That kindness and type of attention to their customers care you cannot find in a regular jewellery store 100 I recommend you buy from here

I recently made an order with beautiful earth during there 5 piece summer deal The delivery was quick and free of charge All the jewelry came undamaged and in lovely packing which was great as one item was a gift All the pieces were beautiful Unfortunately one item was for my grandma as a present and I didn t look at the pictures on the model When she tried them they were too heavy for her ears I got In Touch with beautiful earth and spoke with Catherine who was amazing she was quick to respond and found a solution to exhnage the earnings for another pair I couldn t recomend this company enough the pieces are beautifully made and the service is incredible

Fantasy customer service

The rings look nice but the gold has turned to silver after only a couple of uses I don t wear when washing hands showering so unfortunately I can t recommend UPDATE customer service has gotten in contact and offered a refund or replacement ring and have shipped it out quickly Customer service was lovely and professional and responded very quickly

Beautiful and Original

My jewellery arrived today and looks gorgeous Royal Mail should have delivered it to my new address but made an error and it was sent to my previous address despite redirection They did apologise for the error I told Michelle at Beautiful Earth what had happened and she said if I didn t receive it they would resend the items which I thought was a lovely gesture My experience with them has been nothing but extremely positive and I will buy from them again

I have bought from other cheaper websites thinking that I will get the same items but NOPE Beautiful Earth sells amazing designs with really good quality and it looks exactly like the pics The quality from other cheaper websites is sooo bad you can t compare them with Beautiful Earth jewelry Give them a try you won t be disappointed

My daughter discovered Beautiful Earth Boutique and picked out beautiful pieces for her birthday I bought them This is inexpensive but very nice jewelry a lot of the rings are adjustable which is perfect for my daughter whose ring size is 4 Delivery was posted as 1-5 weeks from London my order arrived in six days Included was a mystery gift of beautiful pearl earrings which I kept - and sent on my daughter s birthday present They sent a very pleasant email to make sure my order had arrived in good shape and a timely fashion I will definitely be shopping here again and fairly often
