Ordered on the 16-11-22 and it s 06-11-22 and still not received order Have sent three emails and they respond with a smiley face but no customer service Awful won t use again AVOID

No reponse from business order not yet sent
I ve been in industry since I was 16 the entire time I ve shopped at beautopia in store only until this experience and I ve only had great experiences until now The colour line I use isn t sold in my local store anymore so I used my pro account to purchase from online so I can access the specific line It has been almost two weeks and I have not only not received my order it has not been sent and whoever is in charge of the online store and social media pages has not responded to a single message or email despite me sending 2 social media messages and 3-4 emails Im absolutely disgusted with the online store and I ve since had to rush order the colours I desperately need via another store paying express shipping so that I can use the colour I desperately need I will not be shopping online at beautopia again I ll utilise other suppliers and I will also be contacting fair trade if I do not receive my order or a response

This is a shady business
They do not honour they re return policy The staff are EXTREMELY rude Don t recommend this company at all Called a few times the manager wasn t in but was told they would call me back Never received a call The third time I called I was told it wasn t they re problem and I was annoying them

Worse customer service or lack of
Worse customer service or lack of serviceI placed a order with them as well as 4 other different suppliers The other suppliers send me my orders quickly the next day or a few days later and 8 days later I still haven t hear from beautopia they like to use Australia s post for slow delivery but in my experience I get my orders quickly from other suppliers I contact them and they said it will be sent that day I replied to the email asking for it to be expressed post or couriered because I needed the products ASAP they didn t reply They didn t have one of the items I ordered in stock and they never contacted me to ask me what I would like instead There is a smaller size of this product so why didn t they send me 2 of them or 1 This is the 3rd time I have emailed the company to ask a question and never reply Their customer service sucks in the online store Their only saving grace is the store front Get your act together the people you are dealing with are business owners that know how to run a business so we will just go to another supplier as you are not the only supplier in Australia

Honestly the worst service
Honestly the worst service and process I waited over a week after I made an order to contact their customer service because I had not received a notification that my items would be sent I got told they were being sent that day but nothing I waited another couple of days and contacted them again and got told they would be sent that day again and nothing I then CALLED them and got told they were out of stock of one item but someone was going to pick it up and it would be sent the next day Still nothing so I called again and they said it would be posted the following day which it finally got shipped Two and a bit weeks after my order They did not offer express postage until I asked for it and they did not provide any reasonable explanation as to why I had to follow them up four times to get my parcel sent Then I got my order and there was an item missing I contacted Beautopia who corrected it but there was a lot of back and forth and again they did not even send it via express post even though it was there mistake Will not use again

Negative Experience Poor service
Ordered on a Sunday called the following Thursday to follow up as my order hadn t been sent and I was becoming desperate for it Was guaranteed it would be sent express Friday and promised I d have it Saturday I had 12 clients over the long weekend booked Saturday comes and nothing was delivered so I embarrassingly had to call each client and cancel their app Being the long weekend they didn t have time to make other arrangements so of coarse were extremely disappointed and annoyed I contacted beautopia to let them know and was told oh sorry there must have been a miscommunication with our dispatch team no offer to compensate nor did the apology sound genuine I have a business to run but apparently that means nothing to them Considering I am in Sydney and so are they the dispatch delivery time is poor

BEWARE
I placed an order with Beautopia that was never finalised but that didn t stop them from charging both PayPal and Afterpay Now I don t have the order and am out of pocket 88 as Afterpay refuses to refund me and Beautopia says they never received an order Scammers

I waited for about 5 days before
I waited for about 5 days before contacting them because I hadn t received any confirmation that my order had been sent - they ignored two of my emails - so this was over a week after I placed my order and hadn t heard anything I called them - they told me on the phone they were busy and would get someone to call me back But I said no I wanted to speak to someone now Finally got ahold of someone and they said I must not have been receiving their emails because they had replied Funnily enough I received an email whislt on the phone to them I ended up receiving my order 3 weeks after being placed - they barely even apologised for the delay and were just awful in general I will never order from them again

Only received one of the hair color
Only received one of the hair color packets so I emailed customer service and was given a refund which is still a huge inconvenience because what am I going to do with one hair color pack when my hair requires two I will have to order a separate one which won t meet minimum order price for free shipping They didn t ask if I wanted another one to be sent again which was also quiet annoying Then only to find that a hair spray that I ordered was faulty with leaks in the lid The nozzle was loose and was spraying in liquid forms instead of a fine mist Which clumps the hair and it was leaking down my arm I emailed them again with photos and told them I can send them a video proof if they need and that I wanted to know what my options were refund or replacement The person replied saying they will send a replacement 14 days ago with no tracking code or any further information So disappointed in the service from start to finish Don t waste your time and money

CUSTOMERS PLEASE BE CAREFUL
CUSTOMERS PLEASE BE CAREFULI would prefer not to give them any stars but I have to to write something So here it goes I m having issues with this company regarding an error that was made on their behalf I ve been emailing and calling them to no avail apart from the very first email They asked me to return the goods without sending me what I actually ordered what s makes matters worse there was no mention of it They even sent me a return label to be scanned at Australia Post and every time it was scanned including manually it came up with CANNOT BE FOUND Tried calling them a few times put on hold and at then end no one answered and was on the phone for over half an hour Customer Service is pitiful and I am warning everyone to be very careful as you fall on deaf ears
