Extremely DISAPPOINTING experience with the online order
I recently placed an online order with the store after reading the reviews on Judge me and had a very frustrating terrible experience My package arrived on October 30 2024 I was shocked to find that the product portable high frequency machine was used and not in the condition as described on their website It was dirty had marks and discoloured I immediately tried to reach out to the store multiple times both through phone calls and emails requesting to either refund or replace the product but I received no response to any of my emails and voicemails It s been 5 days now - It s incredibly disappointing I feel like I have been scammed I just opened my own business spa and it s very disheartening that first I received a subpar product and then have been left with no support customer service to contact I would not recommend this store based on my experience It s very important for any business to stand by their products and respond to customer concerns - this is a simple COMMON courtesy I don t know what to do at this point Save yourself the trouble and consider other options
