The worse company ever The delivery guy doesn t speak Dutch nor English He called that he s on the other side of the street We had to give him the address again Till now we are still waiting for him to show up He off his phone I took off from work today just to receive nothing He even called 3hours later than the time slot I don t know why this company still exist So till now we didn t receive the bed

This place really needs to close down I tried calling them 72 million times over 40 days and no answer So I decided to bite the bullet cut my losses and bought a new bed from another place 2 months after the purchase the mattress and base was delivered without the headboard

I think KVK needs to revoke their licence because this company is defrauding people If you have a chance to drive down to their location in Zaltbommel you will understand that the situation I was shocked to see the display showroom the morning I drove by to understand why my calls were not picked and also when I could get my refund back Another shock was I heard that my refund was niet terug te betalen in their system Upon asking the receptionist to explain she then called her colleagues who were offsite to elaborate more Luckily enough the whole conversation was on loud speaker so I had it for myself My file was handled by a previous colleague no one knows where it is then the case file is know by finance team also that my refund wasn t processed because of the credit card used etc a whole bunch of BS Imagine I left my bank details and still my refund has not been paid back after 1 5yrs The audacity alone was when they asked for my credit card code

I ordered for my son s bed kulala in December 2022 as his birthday present but the bed was never delivered as promised by the company After 5 months the company sent me a mail to cancel my order or wait Ofcourse the option to cancel meant that I would be refunded the purchase amount so I cancelled my order Till today I have never received any refund nor heard from the company This is complete robbery in broad day might I need my back you thieves 10008086

I ordered for my son s Kulala boxspring on 15 Dec 2022 as a birthday present and I have not received any form of update or refund from this company despite me constantly sending emails and trying to call but without any results I paid in advance not on CREDIT for heaven s sake If there is any form of justice that can be provided to me I would greatly appreciate This is very unprofessional and disheartening for a full-fledged Dutch B V

Please don t buy anything it s a scam The bed we ordered had to arrive on Thursday after waiting 20 working days not the promised 10 We waited for them all afternoon until finally the driver called to tell me who couldn t bring the bed that day The following day we waited for the call to reschedule that delivery and of course to apologize but nothing Our messages were ignored No one responded Only one answering machine works on the website phone number We hope we haven t been a victim of fraud but I don t recommend anyone to buy anything here

Beddenleeuw has a 2 month sleep guarentee that states if you are not happy with the bed you can return it within 2 months But they do not honour this Nor are they easy to get hold of They don t answer telephones so I reverted to email Got no response Then on their online chat system I finally got a reply from someone But when I started to chat with them they had left and I had to wait for a new person This has been ongoing for several weeks where I type something don t here back Then hours or days later I get a response and I can type back We still have not resolved the matter It should be simple they have a 60 day trial sleep if I don t like it I should be able to return and get a refund First they told me this isn t possible as I had to do this immediately on receiving the bed I had to point them to their own T Cs that says there s a 60 day sleep trial They are trying to get me to buy another bed from them in stead I have explained I don t want another bed I want to return it I found a better bed somewhere else I am still stuck with this Waiting to get a useful response from them I started this convo with them before the 60 day trial was up And we are now almost 90 days later and the bed is still taking up space in my house because I cannot get it returned to them because they are so bad at customer service
