I have to say from start to finish customer service was absolutely amazing I had quite a few questions to ask and wanted to make a slight adjustment to one of the designs and they were extremely helpful and accommodating Excellent company and amazing quality I would 100 recommend them to friends and family

I recently received my new bed from Bedroom king but unfortunately the headboard wasn t quite perfect I contacted Bedroom king and they arranged an immediate replacement which arrived today The bed is gorgeous and I have seen very similar costing twice as much Thank you Bedroom king a very satisfied customer I have to also mention the delivery drivers were fabulous too

The quality of the products is very good we were very pleased with both the bed and the Ottoman box There are many options for customisation which for a company like ours is great The customer service is excellent there was a slight issue with the headboard and it was resolved very quickly and efficiently

I don t usually write reviews but have to say credit is due here I was looking for a bed for a while and came across bedroomking I called and was provided with great service with all my questions and queries being answered promptly I even ordered fabric samples so I could match to my wallpaper and carpets I very easy and stress free experience Furthermore when the bed arrived I opted for installation and the delivery guys were great All in all a fantastic service and definitely 5 stars from me I have recommended to friends and family aswell Keep up the good work bedroomking
