very bad ignorant racist customer service people including dishonest unethical managers all whom refuse to give their names run by university and getting worst they decided for no reason to force paying long term guests to change rooms biweekly for no reason when questioned they have no answers these ugly filthy people with bad attitudes are extremely disrespectful with no customer service nor communication skills with bad sanitation practices and bed bugs infestation Students or guests shouldnt be subjected to this
