BedSure Get Cozy High- Voltage Heated Blanket I bought this product from Amazon yesterday absolutely rubbish product i have bought Company Customer Service horrible and not even willing to response to my email paid full price to use for my elderly dad Put the Over blanket for over 3 hours but no heat output at all I would definitely ask trading standard to resolve the issue as so many other customer like me have to suffer due to poor quality and the product is not fit for purpose this product should be off the trading market

Heating blanket recal I ve tried to reach out as I purchased it on Amazon for my 91 yea r old father Shortly after I realized it does not shut off I threw out the cord he can t tell me it s too hot Bedure wants me to cut the cord and send a photo of it I explained I am not technically capable and so I am just having to let go of the refund I would think the purchas would be enough proof of faulty equipment Poor refund recal pollicy

Not willing to refund for a faulty electric blanket

Last year a friend gifted me an electric blanket I didn t use it until a month ago but on the second use it almost caught fire As I noticed something smelling off I switched off the electric blanket immediately Upon closer inspection I saw a burned mark with exposed wires about the size of a 10c coin I contacted customer service to request a refund or replacement for the faulty and unsafe blanket but they refused to do so citing that it was sold on an unofficial website eBay despite having a valid receipt to prove the purchase They initially asked me to get a receipt from my friend and then suggested that I ask my friend again to contact the eBay seller to request a refund or replacement I feel bad that I had to get my friend to do all of this because it was pretty impolite and inconvenient to ask for such actions Despite acknowledging the issue they still refused to take responsibility and provide a refund or replacement and this behaviour is highly irresponsible and unacceptable

I purchased the dark gray queen pillowcase from them washed it twice and washed it once with my sheets and it ruined my very expensive pillow It stained my sheets at stained my mattress I will never buy anything from this company ever again They have ruined my very expensive bedding An eight dollar pillowcase did hundreds of dollars and damage and now I have to spend hundreds of dollars to buy things that aren t stained with whatever crappy material they used on these pillowcases Unbelievable If they actually manage to compensate me for the damage their pillowcases have done I will retract this review

Scammers with fake silk pillowcases

This company sells fake silk pillowcases Their service is upmost trash and extremely ignorant I requested a refund of my items and they decided not to reply as they don t want to refund me a 55 purchase Its absurd so absurd Their pillowcases are probably made from polyester microfiber I could just tell by the quality Their disgusting service matches their products Please save yourself from this headache this is the worst store you could purchase from Take my word

MOLDY bedding no customer service

I received a MOLDY bedset from this company They did not care They told me their sheets were healthy and I was smelling plastic They also told me it was my responsibility to wash them several times to try to get it out I spent time and money on products in an attempt to remove the MOLD but couldn t get rid of it After days of communication their part was always in the middle of the night because they re not in the US they offered me a 30 refund for a bed set that can t be used Regarding the MOLD these things do happen They should have just offered to replace it instead of telling me it wasn t true MOLD does not smell like plastic and it shouldn t be my responsibility to clean MOLD out of sheets This company should not be doing business in the US

I had repeated flooding of my home at the beginning of the year I contacted this company on the fluke chance that they would be willing to send replacements for the items that were ruined by the flooding a human dog bed and a heater blanket cord and they responded saying they were happy to I know it is a tax write-off for companies and that they just needed the order to get the replacements sorted and sent out Then I waited for a month hoping the replacements would arrive and emailed again just checking in They told me they d sent everything along to the appropriate department to handle it and that it was all still being processed Then another month passed I messaged them again and now they said they would not be able to offer replacements instead a coupon I had said from the beginning if they weren t able to send replacements I was interested in just the cord for the heater blanket that had been waterlogged two come with it so half of the blanket isn t usable at the same time as the other They told me I could not get that removed and I would have to buy a whole new blanket I wouldn t have been irritated at all if they hadn t promised from the beginning that they d be happy to offer me replacements The dolly-dallying for months cost me the time it would take to return it through Amazon as I had JUST bought it and it was within the time period to return it for a few weeks when I sent the message But it was moldy and huge and bloated it comes vacuum sealed I found it daunting to think of returning it so wanted to try to reach out to them They cost me a refund by replying that they would do it and then changing their mind So on top of everything else I lost to damage and that I had to move and everything else I couldn t get my money back OR replacements for these I DO NOT ADVISE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
