Where do I even begin A 12 10 service I m not one to ever leave reviews but I definitely need to acknowledge the amazing customer support Beginning Boutique offer I had ordered 5 BEAUTIFUL dresses for my bridesmaids in June which came very promptly There had been a few hiccups with the style and fit of the dress resulting in me needing to return them all I had been back and forth with the lovely ladies in customer service for over 2 months their replies were ALWAYS prompt legit would receive a reply within the hour helpful kind They happily accepted a return request regardless of it being outside the returns window Never have I experienced such kind customer service I m actually really devo that the whole transaction with BB didn t work out I wouldn t think twice about doing business with BB in the future To all the beautiful ladies I had communicated with at the Beginning Boutique customer service team Chantal Trisha LeeAnn and the rest sorry if I didn t include your name Thank you so much once again xxx

I have always had such an incredible experience at Beginning Boutique with their products and cannot recommend enough I am leaving this review specifically because I had ordered a dress that was so beautiful but just did not fit my body type right given the way the neck design was and requested assistance with a refund Their US representative was incredibly helpful calling me back within 20 minutes and refunding me for the purchase I have never had such a smooth and helpful customer service experience as I ve had here I will continue to shop here as their product quality and customer service is top notch HIGHLY recommend Thank you Beginning Boutique Heather
