I have an account with Hoppy I recently changed my phone number and despite repeated attempts to contact Hoppy I am unable to access my account to change details I am therefore unable to use their scooters A great way to get about but I would appreciate some customer service please

Very poor experience with Hoppy in Tenerife Poor customer service The scooter hadn t worked and I had a panic that it would end the ride I finally managed to get it to end the ride so the costs didn t mount up I raised a ticket they emailed for my email address eh I know They accepted there was an error and credited my wallet whereas I wanted a full refund Money in my wallet is no good to me as I won t use them again Very poor I don t recommend

It is such expensive We are in Corralejo Fuerteventura Everywhere on the island you can book passes Not here Then you want 1 for start 0 25 for each minute My first ride was less then one minute because the account from my boyfriend was blocked the reason is also not clear and you booked 2 50 This is scam

Terrible service doesn t tell you specific locations on where to park the scooter then tried to charge me over what was the actual price safe to say I ll never be using again

The scooters in Gibraltar are decoration

The scooters in Gibraltar are just there for decoration I have tried 4 in a day and none worked properly Customer support is horrible no attention to the customers If you want to delete your account and get a refund of the money you have on the app there is a surprise 3 euros admin fee This information is not in T Cs for Gibraltar which is from where I m using the account

Terrible Hotrible experience THE GPS did not work so they charged me more than 24 h fee Absurd Do not hire

First time user

First time user 2 scooters for myself and my partner we realised it costs way way too much to use and wouldn t use them again My advise it to only use them if you are really desperate and end the ride as soon as you can or the costs soon mount up

Lanzarote scooters beware

Tried to hire 2 scooters successfully opened an account Started both scooters but they wouldn t actually move Travelled 0 0 km and got charged 3 5 for each scooter Logged a complaint and request for refund had no reply Very poor
