I bought a case for my iPhone 16 and to my surprise I had to assemble it using a screwdriver Once I attached the case to my phone I discovered that it blocked wireless charging which was a major inconvenience since I only charge my phone wirelessly Nowhere in the product description did it mention that the case would interfere with wireless charging I tried reaching out to the company multiple times to request a refund and to ask for return instructions for the unused product but I have yet to receive any response I m extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and would caution others before purchasing from this company
