Order states dispatched within 10 days 3 weeks later nothing Contacted them to be told the end of july I asked for a refund and got told they cant guarantee a refund due to the high number of orders each day but they sent a request to the warehouse Very unprofessional and lies about delivery times Does not contact the customer with up dates No phone number the worse company ive used They are not worth the hassle and stress

Awful service
This has got to be the worst ever service from Beko Spares Twice we have waited in for DPD to collect faulty goods On the third attempt I would not wait in but left instructions that the item was in and still is in the trailer I get a text from DPD on the day that they would not pick up the item What a shambles especially as Beko did not even ask when I was going to be in on the day arranged If you are reading this please contact me personally Not impressed

Spares department doesn t respond
Asked Beko for the price to replace two mounting brackets for a new hob that got lost during installation Was asked for a product code which I supplied twice No answer a week later Their phone system does not connect to the spares department you are forced to email Deplorably bad service but once again buy cheap forget any kind of service

If I could have given a 0 I would Shocking customer service Ordered a replacement ceramic hob for oven cost 189 64 and item arrived with huge dent in the front Contacted via email as no telephone or live chat These guys don t respond until days later and now after a week I have sent the part back only to be told 10-14 days for refund and replacement can t be sent as I would need to place another order I have 4 children 3 with special needs and they don t care just ignore emails They will however very quickly respond to this review shame they don t answer emails Absolutely fuming disgusting company and please don t bother

Hopeless experience
I wanted to order two coffee machine filter pods Beko charge a premium price for these 17 16 each in that each item is 25 the price of a brand new machine CEP5152B As a new customer I had earlier recieved a 10 discount code for my first order At checkout this didn t work They also charge more for delivery for orders over 25 therefore my two small items would add a further premium despite it making no difference to handling postage I put these points to their help-line I was told I d get the discount in the form of a refund without explaining how I should proceed The advisor s response to the delivery charge was to direct me to their delivery information that I d already read When I was typing a response the chat was closed This is no way to do business - they have certainly lost mine

Basaically a scam company
Ordered a spare part for my Beko oven Received a different one lower quality Then tried to contact the company The only available way is their online form No answer from that No phone number They claim to have online form which appears only when they are not busy Haven t seen that being available at all Awful experience and most likely lost money as I cannot contact them at all

The worst company I have ever dealt with Ordered over a month ago I receive no communication and for over 3 weeks They keep pushing back my estimated delivery date Customer service is awful no way to get in contact with them properly and when I went to make a complaint the live agent gave me a false email
