Frozen shoulder experience

I was recommended to Charlotte after suffering with a frozen shoulder for over a year I could only reach my left arm 90 degrees and was in a lot of pain Charlotte used several massage methods over a 6 month period and i now have full movement back in my shoulder and can hold my body weight when hangingCharlotte is very thorough and explains all that she is going to do and also offers support with the exercises provided
