My second year with Bell

So far this is my second year with bell Pluses - competitive price choice of faster no claim bonus further discount if you are good driver call handle very efficiently and very less waiting time Minus - little black box makes you feel that someone watching you all the time got feedback and rated as silver for those weeks when my car was broken and was in the garage Comparing to other companies I would prefer bell as they are cheap and everytime you call them some will pick and solve it in minutes

Renewal

My second year with Bell and I m up for renewal in November for my third year Never had any problems I had the black box fitted and at the end of that period they awarded me with a discount and my premium reduced by around 88 pounds They do not automatically renew when I called them last year s renewal they did offered me a discount as I d been quoted cheaper elsewhere 300 pounds they knocked off Had to use the breakdown and the service was excellent Would highly recommend

I have just renewed for another year with Bell I had the plug in and drive last year and even got some money back from driving well with them They managed to reduce my quote to by 100 even without a black box By far the cheapest I had found The man I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and understood everything I cant remember his name but I hope you will be able to see who I spoke to last

This was my first year insurance I had no issues if this company I went with them because they were the best price they sent me a machine that you have to connect through the usb of the car so that it provides data of how you drive and based on this information the company supposedly to be honest right now I dont know how the company uses that info either to adjust the price of the policy according if you are better or worst driver I dont know because for me I didnt see a change in price When I had to give back the machine I ask for a free delivery bag so the customer services they wrote a note in my profile so that they dont fine me for delay in returning their machine as originally I did not got this free delivery bag for returning so everything was alright
