I already knew Bella Barista were awaiting stock when I placed the order for my grinder It landed with them when stated and I was immediately notified that they had received it and were posting it to me the following day It arrived the day after that via a courier at the hour I was told it would with a complimentary bag of beans and a bag for seasoning the burrs Outstanding service thank you

Absolutely Awesome - a grown-up playground

Fantastic service - the Bella Barista team are so knowledgable and friendly creating a great atmosphere where you can delve into the depths of coffee geekdom and not feel ashamed I had the best time nerding out talking about the pros and cons of all of the types of grinder and espresso machine and they provided really useful insight that is hard to do just by researching online To top it off they showed me round the warehouse and their roasting section with all of their beans and even gave me a free sample I m so grateful for all of their time they stayed open late just for me effort and advice and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying anything coffee related

I had a great experience ordering from Bella Barista and have already placed my next order with them I purchased a Profitec Go from them and when there was no update on shipping details I got worried So I called them up the next day and right away someone got it sorted and sent out the machine so I could have it the very next day I even got a free sample of coffee that I didn t expect and have since placed an order for some more beans and look forward to giving them a try
