2019 Honda Accord LX non-touch screen Upgraded to Belsee Love it

I purchased a head unit for my 2019 Honda Accord LX to replace my non-touchscreen unit The item shipped fast and arrived on time in exactly a week all the way from China It was pretty much plug and play the hardest part was just getting the old unit out my car requires the dash be taken apart to get to it Everything on my car still works like my steering wheel buttons lane keep assist and adaptive cruise control I even still have access to the car controls like locks and lighting The unit is customizable and has wireless CarPlay navigation and I can even play YouTube prime video or other streaming services on it you do have to go into settings to disable the safety feature But everything was awesome it looks and sounds great I couldn t be happier

Just installed Hyundai Veloster works great Came with all the wiring and canbus I am still able to use my steering wheel controls ands reverse camera that was in the car already Wireless carplay functions as expected unit looks very close to factory unit I am very satisfied with purchase

I bought Belsee android for Nissan Juke 2013 the android device was very good but I had the rong Cable I contact the seller for the right cable the seller send me for free the right cable Very great custom service

I purchased a Belsee unit to go in my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Not only was it not plug and play as advertised within one month the unit was defective A loud screeching sound would come from the unit At the advice of Rambo I had the dash apart at least five times trying different fixes None of which worked I was told the motherboard needed replacing and I had to pay 100 for a new motherboard which would be refunded when the old one was returned I paid for and received the new motherboard which I had to have soldered into the unit The unit still had the same problems after the new motherboard was installed I was asked to send the unit back which I did at a shipping cost of 80 Canadian I received notification from Rambo that the unit was received He advised that they had stock and could send me a new unit but that due to Covid they wanted 60 for shipping I was never reimbursed for the motherboard I advised Rambo to deduct the shipping from the money they owe me for the motherboard I have received no response and have not received a replacement unit This company is corrupt and had has taken money under false pretences I have allowed a lot of time to ship me the unit so they can not blame Covid All attempts to contact the company have now been ignored I have copies of every email exchange between Belsee and myself if anyone would like proof of dates and conversations I would recommend customers file complaints with credit card companies and pay pal against this company as well as Ali Express for allowing the sale of this stuff on their site If I ever hear back from Belsee I will post here

Do not buy from Belsee they send broken Units And dont send refunds even if you send back the unit

Straight up Scammer Same company as Phienix Automotive is what it loosk like whicha slo scams peopleThis dude they call Rambo sent me a email begiing not to ask for a refund cause he will send item Never sent it So I opened a dispute with credit card NEVER trust these people
