I found the course really beneficial
I found the course really beneficial and contine to use Mindfulness daily It was easy to follow and pick back up where you left off of you didn t have time to complete a session I would highly recommend

Great Introduction to Mindfulness - Slow Down and Breathe
Having never used mindfulness or meditation techniques before this was a very useful introduction I m learning to focus on what I am doing at the time rather than rushing to get to the next thing on the list or just becoming overwhelmed by the number of things on that list Breathing techniques are proving useful to control anxiety and I m using the library resources most days

Great program
I really enjoyed going through the Be Mindful program It was a great way to learn about mindfulness and I could do it at my own pace It lets you really look at different aspects of your life and ways to improve it It also allowed you time to apply all of the knowledge learned

The program was very helpful
The program was extraordinarily helpful The only thing is I wish it were longer because it s so helpful to have the accountability to follow along and do the new meditation practices consistently Before starting the program I had anhedonia and was down most days About week two of the program I noticed my depression was improving I was also able to more readily hold both negative and positive emotions at the same time The program was easy to follow not intimidating and the guided meditations were extremely helpful to keep me on track
