Excellent window and door replacement

Excellent replacement of all of our failing timber windows and door with Origin aluminium windows and an Ecotherm aluminium front door John and Jim did a great job on the installation- their years of experience of installing windows and doors was really evident And they were very considerate throughout the installation We had a couple of hitches along the way but in a major refurbishment that can happen Russell and Clayton resolved the issues very efficiently We spent a long time researching window companies and we were pleased that the end results justified the effort

Used to glaze and fit Bifold doors and a glazed angled roof on an extension Faultless from start to finish Communication was great all the way through They were recommended by our builder as having top quality workmanship during installation and they did not disappoint Paul and Harley who fitted were both very nice answered all of my I m sure annoying questions There was a very minor bit of cosmetic damage to one of the handles no fault of the fitters and they resolved immediately with a replacement Wonderful company top products with quality and pride in their workmanship Will be using them to reglaze the rest of the house As a side note my wife and I are expecting and we weren t due to get the glazing until about a month after the baby was due but when Russ heard about our news he pulled out all the stops and got us in a month before the baby is due

We are a returning customer after 5 years or so following installation of our bifolds and sliding doors Once again Benchmark came up trumps and provided a fantastic service from start to finish with the installation of our french doors The job was completed with great workmanship and efficiency and the installers were also very considerate and tidy

Exceptional Company

We used Benchmark earlier in the year for a tricky job replacing 4 sets of bifolds with sets of sliding doors in a very exposed seafront location The whole process was exceptional from start to finish from in-depth knowledge and advice on the product a solution to a difficult installation which was completed in a professional manner with great attention to detail and excellent communication We cannot fault them in any area and felt completely reassured throughout in addition they are just lovely people to deal with We are now back dealing with them for a new front door and would highly recommend them to anyone
