the worst company

the worst company just want to take you money have cancel your holiday 6 month before the trip and they still want money for the trip and they wont say why this stupid rule are so dont use them

It would be nice if they check what they offer and sell if I paid for ALL INCLUSIVE I expect that the agency should finish everything and not that we have to do an online check-in and HAD PAYMENT

We have ordered delux room

We have ordered delux room but when we arrived we were settled in one family room with another family It was very uncomfortable to live in such conditions In 4 nights we were settled in our own room And on departure eve we knew that we hadn t Transfer I phoned to my tour agency and found out that my tour agency didn t inform my hotel about my departure It is awful

Me and my wife booked a 9 day trip to Kusadasi Turkey from tomorrow until Oktober 6th We are traveling with our 2 5 year old son which can be a fun challenge in itself so we booked from the airport around the corner 15 minute drive from home to make traveling easier And we chose a specific trip that offered daytime flight times to avoid having a hot headed toddler traveling in the middle of the night Now one day before our trip I look up my tickets to find out they changed the airport from Rotterdam to Dusseldorf They send me one email about it that ended up in my spam so I never saw it until today Dusseldorf is a 3 hour drive from here in foreign country Not only does that suck to find out like this the flight times changed too Now we will arrive at 20 35pm on Izmir and still need transferring to the hotel a lost trip day The flight back changed to the middle of the night at 03 40 with a bloody toddler Not only did they not bother to be sure we knew about this change they simply did not by a mile deliver the trip package that we payed for And it is not even because the originally booked flights got cancelled I can see the 3 seats in the Skyscanner app as available to be booked Couldn t be more unhappy about this unrequested and undiscussed change Get us at least a flight back at a reasonable day time so I can be a bit rested for the 3 hour drive back home from Dusseldorf that you guys send us on

All was well organized until the final day shuttle bus return to airport from Hotel The driver dropped me off at the wrong Terminal 1 in Antalya My Freebird flight departed from Terminal 2 This caused stress and confusion No bus or train between Terminals Had to take a Taxi on my cost Very unfair Passengers beware of which Terminal your flight departs from Drivers may not be
