Absolutely terrible costumer service they do not react to emails and calls and just kept sending me bills instead The product was terrible and I sent it back but they still charge and even keep increasing the price Do not order there if u expect good quality and a reliable costumer service They simply disappear if there is any issue with your order

Expensive rug beautiful but with three large stains We spent about 600 Euros on a rug for our living room We loved it Until we unrolled it and found THREE brown stains on the rug This is especially disappointing as this is my third rug from Benuta and in the past the rugs have been picture perfect I was given a 10 discount for the stains We don t plan on buying from them again

Chemical smell
The rug itself is beautiful but as I opened the box it reeked of something chemical-ly Sadly the smell is so strong that I probably need to air it for a few days

Good carpet but I was not very
Good carpet but I was not very satisfied with the way it was packed There is soooo many wrinkles on the carpet that almost looks like a big blanket

The first carpet that I received was a wrong one I had to ship it back and i got just 5 discount after I asked for a compensation Then when I reordered the carpet the color didn t really match to the pictures on the webside
