Good communication timely delivery great product

I am very satisfied with the service and product of benuta nl I bought two carpets and they delivered them within 2 days The quality of both carpets were very good they were more beautiful than looks in the photos Even if I like the carpets a lot one of them was not suitable for the place I bought I didn t have any other place to put this carpet so I decided to return it It was very easy to do so I paid 20 for return but this is not problem because it was already stated in their webpage I returned the carpet and the money is paid me back within 4 working days This is very fast I will definetely recommend benuta nl

I very much liked that Benuta wrote to me to ask me when is a convenient time to delivery the carpet communicated back and forth to help work out a time called before delivering so I knew they were on their way and then came on time The carpet is beautiful I m very happy with this service Thanks Benuta

Delivery to Ireland - very happy

At first I thought it s a scam reading all the polarised reviews on Trustpilot But my carpet came yesterday and it looks 100 like the photos Great quality I m super pleased I don t know if it was the Corona crisis that slowed my order delivery took 18 days but the wait was worth it However if you need a carpet within 1-2 working days maybe it s best to look for another company P S Customer service via e-mail was excellent

Second time to order from Benita and both orders spot on with quality and delivery Ordered rugs both times that were all under 70 5 in total overall and can say those rugs are just fab Delivery to Ireland I didn t notice any delay I paid 130 total for three rugs and delivery on this order and they arrived 15 days later and were packed so well

I was very happy with my Benuta purchase I forgot to fill in the code on my discount voucher during checkout After I realized that I forgot I contacted Benuta end Benuta directly refunded the amount on my account whereas many other companies just apologize and say that I can use it for my next purchase And yes I forget to use my vouchers a lot in fact I have a drawer full of vouchers Also delivery was quick and the product was good quality
