Stay away from this merchant
Stay away from this merchant I ordered 243 rug that they said was made handmade I need to pay extra 27 to Fedex for tax duties they never inform me this duties tax that I need to pay from my end And when the rug is arrived it is very thin small It is more than 15cm shorter than what I ordered I bought my old rug 160 from rugseller and it is way more beautiful and thicker than the one this merchant sent me

Unethical customer service
This company sent my order with a missing item After 10 or so unanswered emails trying to communicate via FB and also via the online enquiry form - the company have blocked me from contacting them All I ever wanted was my missing item that s all I am in disbelief a company would treat a customer this way
